the Fund for the Creation of Music
Dedicated to Edo de Waard and Tony Fogg

Premiered by the Boston Symphony Orchestra on the 6th of August 2007 in
the Koussevitsky Shed conducted by Ludovic Morlot.

Dutch premiere on the 31st of November 2008 by the Residentie Orchestra
conducted by Neeme Järvi.
